Tide is a digital business banking platform for small and medium-sized businesses. Working closely with Tide’s in-house design team and Lisa Lanoe, I helped build out their new global illustration system.

The system is developed from a library of simple block shapes and spans multiple levels of abstraction, ranging from highly abstract visuals that communicate ideas in their simplest form, to more literal illustrations where clarity is essential. We developed a flexible framework that could scale from functional iconography through to more expressive hero illustrations, for use across Tide’s app and website.

Alongside the illustrations, I contributed to other brand touchpoints, including marketing assets, a presentation deck template, and branded merchandise.
