MARE is a contemporary sardine brand concept that brings together bold block typography and expressive illustration. The aim was to find a balance between clean, simple design and the warmth found in classic sardine tins; retaining some of that traditional charm while giving it a bold, design-led feel.

About

I’m Tor Ewen, a freelance graphic designer and illustrator. I create work that feels distinctive, human, and easy to connect with; whether it’s a memorable brand identity, packaging with bold personality, or an illustration system that makes complex ideas simple.
